The Chicago Fire Department Foundation – an independent charitable organization that supports the brave men and women of the Chicago Fire Department – will host the 2023 Tribute to Broad Shoulders Luncheon. This year, the CFDF will honor and present the Founders Award to Gallagher, and will also recognize several distinguished Chicago Fire Department heroes.
Proceeds from this event help advance fire safety education, critical training and equipment upgrades, the purchase of much-needed drones, assistance to CFD members and their families in time of need and the distribution of home fire extinguishers, smoke and CO detectors in high-risk areas all with one goal of protecting our great city and its people.
