Chicago’s premier celebration of excellence in diversity, equity and inclusion in business.

The Chicago Bridge Award, bestowed during the celebration, honors an organization that has demonstrated extraordinary leadership in achieving diversity, equity and inclusion at the board and highest executive levels. Also presented is the CU Impact Award, inaugurated in 2022, honoring an impactful small or minority-owned business that is working towards inclusion and economic parity within their organization and in their community.
