Hazelden Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides treatment, education and research services that restore health and hope to those affected by addiction.
For over 60 years, Hazelden has been a leader in assisting individuals, families, and communities with prevention, detection and treatment of substance abuse. The full range of treatment programs and services encourage patients to reach Hazelden’s “lifelong recovery” mission. Following one year of treatment, a remarkable 80% of adult patients remain substance free or dramatically reduce usage. Hazelden Chicago’s facility provides outpatient care, day treatment and a recovery home for those seeking a sustainable long term recovery.
