The Chicago Fire Department Foundation – an independent charitable organization that supports the brave men and women of the Chicago Fire Department – will host the 2024 Tribute to Broad Shoulders Luncheon on December 11 at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel. This year, the CFDF will present the Founders Award to Wintrust, accepted by Tim Crane, President and CEO, in recognition and gratitude for the bank’s extraordinary partnership since the Foundation’s early years. The CFDF will also honor several distinguished Chicago Fire Department firefighters and paramedics for their acts of duty that went above and beyond.
Proceeds from this event help fund critical training and equipment upgrades, cutting edge technology and drones, fire safety education, assistance to CFD members and their families in time of need and the distribution of home fire extinguishers, smoke and CO detectors in high-risk areas.
If possible, kindly consider check or wire transfer payment for gifts of $5,000+.

About Chicago Fire Department Foundation
The Chicago Fire Department Foundation is the official non-profit organization to support the Chicago Fire Department. The funds raised will assist the Department in its mission to prevent and respond to fires, medical emergencies, disaster and terrorist acts, protecting the lives and property of residents and visitors in Chicago. The CFDF supports the critical lifesaving work of the Chicago Fire Department by working collaboratively with the CFD and its members to support its most crucial priorities; to reduce firefighter, paramedic, and civilian deaths and injury. The Foundation supports CFD initiatives for education, fire prevention, training and equipment needs that are not funded through city, state or federal budgets.
